Technical supervision of construction
Technical supervision of construction is carried out in accordance with the Law on Construction and the Technical Regulation for Construction STR 1.06.01:2016 – Construction works. Supervision of the construction of a building. Since 2002, the services have been provided for the construction of roads of national significance (expressways, national and regional roads), municipal streets, railway and airport structures. Our employees carry out both general and special technical supervision of construction.
FIDIC engineer services
Contracts for construction projects co-financed by European Union funds are usually drawn up using the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Standard Conditions of Contract. In this case, the technical supervision of construction is carried out by the engineer. Our employees have been acting as FIDIC engineers since 2004 and have extensive experience in such contracts.
